You can use gasoline in a Zippo with no problems, other than it's harder to light and smokes more.Don't worry, You will not blow up as others suggest.Naptha(lighter fluid) is basicly 'white' gas.Think ColeMan fuel.

Lighter fluid is closer to diesel or home heating oil. Dam it buy some matches or a BIC...or die a horrible death

Use lighter fluid - it's cheaper than gasoline and would last a lot longer.
