Would riding my aprilia rs 125for hours at high speed drain my engine oil?

Shouldn't. But if you are using cheap oil, over heating, or have a bad PCV, you could have it evaporating. But leaks are more likely. Put paper down underneath it and let it run for awhile. Leaks can be hard to detect because wind can remove the traces.

As long as the engine oil is at the proper level and there are no engine oil leaks then *no you will not drain the oil.

Using the engine means you use oil. How quickly and how often you need to top it up after what hours only you will find out by regular oil checks,

Unless I'm mistaken that's a two stroke,

So the gearbox/clutch oil is not in any way near the combustion process..

The Two stroke oil, from the tank, is controlled via the throttle and calibrated for the correct delivery, and if your using to much two stroke oil the pump calibration needs reset.

You asked the same sort of question yesterday and the answers are still the same.

Yes, NEVER economise on oil quality.
