Fix a flat is crap. Don't use it, you only need to replace the one tire since they are virtually unworn. I had my tires knifed by many angry people, nothing can repair that (nothing short of a tire factory.)
You said it was popped with a knife. That usually means sidewall. No it will not work. Fix a flat only works on small tread punctures.
No. Fix-a-flat won't seal a knife puncture. Your tire is trashed.
If the damage was in the sidewall, which it usually is with vandalism, the tyre cannot be safely repaired. If you use an aerosol it may work but it will still not be safe to drive as tire walls flex which will lead to sudden failure.
If it's been knifed get rid of it no matter how new it is. That tyre can kill you just as easily as the knife.
Fix-a-flat and and or *SLIME occasionally works for stopping leaks in the tread, not the sidewall!
