It obviously can't make it. Repeated attempts will discharge it deeper still. Try recharging overnight instead - if the battery is healthy and the engine ok, it will start.
If the battery does not have enough juice for the starter to crank over the engine, yes.
Hi yes most certainly without enough power it would not have enough to turn it over fast enough.

Tried starting but battery dies. If i leave it and try again it spin motor but battery dies.
