Sometimes the seatbelt will get caught in the door and make it really tight. Check for that and just push harder. If not, you'll have to take the interior panel off the door. You'll need to take off the door handle and window winder first.

Can you open it from the inside?
I put the key in the door and turn it and the lock comes up out the top but the door won't open like the car never unlocked.
