Don't overlook a bad spark plug. It may spark for you outside the engine, with no load, but fail under pressure. Also, try a lil starting fluid. If she kicks up a bit, then you have a fuel problem.

Thanks all, the jets are clean, I have put starting fluid in and nothing, gas is fresh and have taken off air cleaner. The plug is newer, but I will try a new one.

Are you getting air to the mixture? Take of the air cleaner and try a few kicks.

Old fuel? Try a fresh mixture.

Have you tried cleaning the jets? The carburetor might look clean and still have clogged jets.

Fuel filter dirty? Carb needs cleaning?

Has spark, has compression, gets gas, carb is clean, valves are gapped correctly, starter is good, choke appears to be working, fuse is good but won't start either by button or kick. Any suggestions? Thanks
