Why is my cylinder 6 still misfiring after I JUST replaced all the spark plugs and connecting wires?

You've only scratched the surface of diagnosing your problem. If the misfire is intermittent and random, its probably a vacuum leak (specifically the intake manifold), bad coil pack, or bad fuel injector. If it's steady and rythmatic, possibly a totally bad coil pack, totally dead fuel injector (or problem with the wiring to that injector) or a burnt exhaust valve. Dig deeper my friend.

Try a different wire on the same cylinder a start and see if the wire has a fault.

Next test would be a compression test and cylinder leakdown test to check for valve and gasket issues, or vacuum leak near #6

Hi did you get the wires on there proper plugs??

good luck

tim

lacking vehicle info, we can only guess but you can have low compression, a stuck valve, a failed plug wire and really, that is just a start. intake compression, power, exhaust. you have an issue in one of those 4.

Use sand paper to clean contacts in distributor cap .It could be broken distributor cap as well throwing spark on the engine .

I agree with KY-Clay. Possibly fuel injector

Can be a defective fuel injector, or burnt valve. The latter is highly unlikely.

REPLACE THE IGNITION WIRES from the dealer of the car.

Coil bad?

This is what happens when people do something they know nothing about.
