HI .. in a lot of car now a days.. the fan really never turns off.. the manufactures have the fan running all the time to vent out any noxious fumes and keep fresh air in the cabin.. If you look I think the marks on the fan it says L, m, h, but NO OFF. Even with the unit turned off the fan runs for the reason's above.. try moving the heat control to colder and see if that changes it.. Might and might not.

use your owners manual. heat and cool air come out of the same vents depends on your settings. I do not think there is anything wrong. so if you read your owners manual about this I think you will see why
Is it hot outside? Is your fan on? Then it's just pumping outside air into your car.
