Nothing on the dashboard works and neither does my radio, The lights work just fine though

If absolutely nothing works inside the car, then you have a bad Fusible Link under the hood.

Checked the fuses? Earth's? Wiring?

if your dash lights don,t work then you could have them turned down ! there should be a knob on the dash that turns the dash lights up or down, check it ! if it,s not that then start checking the fuses in the fuse block !
