ll you a secret, they pulled that on my mom and pop after i just did an inspection. they said nothing of replacing the sloppy balljoint on moms durango(within spec but worn). instead they insisted that the drivers side upper and lower were trashed, and the passenger side outer tie rod end. they were very surprised when pops left with the vehicle. i changed out the parts, they aligned it and a month later mom had 2 bald tires on the front end. i told them why and they said they could not adjust the torsion bar suspension, what?

they are trying to sell you work you may or may not need. very common practice

Take it to a new shop. Ball joints don't wear out in a month. You are getting hosed.

Thank your alignment people politely and take it to an honest shop such as Sears Automotive.

find a different place to take it.

I literally about a month ago got my ball joints replaced on my car.

I took it in to be aligned and they said i needed new ball joints. Every time i get an alignment something is wrong with my car supposedly.
