I already changed the thermostat and i also changed and replaced the antifreeze, it worked for a while then started overheating on me what can it be?

Bad bad fans, bad fan wiring, bad water pump, plugged radiator, leaking head gasket, warped head, cracked head, cracked block.

Have you checked to make sure the radiator is filled to the top when the engine is stone cold?

Is the plastic coolant recovery bottle filled 3/4 full when the engine is cold?

Did you replace the thermostat as well as the radiator pressure cap with Chrysler parts?

If anyone has *ever dumped discount store antifreeze in a Chrysler cooling system with OEM long life chemical antifreeze it will plug the cooling system and it will need to be drained, flushed and CLEANED with one part powered acid cooling system cleaner.

pump isn't working or radiator core is blocked , feel both ends of the radiator they should be the same temperature after a few miles driving( 10-15), the impellor of the pump often just falls off leading to zero circulation

Your antifreeze is boiling/bubbling and and your engine is overheating because you've either have a bad head gasket or cracked head. The boiling/bubbling is from the compression gases escaping from the combustion chamber or chambers into you engine water jackets and out your coolant reservoir/radiator. That is also why your car is excessively overheating fast.

Check coolant again. Next two issues, water pump, or radiator. Also check that you have installed the correct thermostat. Different cars require different stats.
