Not a good idea. Fans pushing air forward would have to fight the movement of the car moving forward.

i want to as that if car radiator fan is blowing air in outward direction and car is moving forward then it will push air inside so do directions of air will clash and whole effect would be that no air passes through radiator and whole purpose of installing radiator fan fails when why car companies install fan that blows air outside?
