White smoke is steam The head gasket is the only thing preventing water from entering a engine cylinder Head gaskets don't last forever Some are cork others are rubber Neither have a life time guarantee But they can last a long time if You vehicle is well cared for. Let it go you can create more problems The gasket is a 10 dollar part in most cases But you have to rip apart the top end to remove a head Your going to pays hundreds for labor The newer the car the more expensive it is to fix.

White smoke is actually steam, which means water is getting into your engine. Most likely the head gasket.

Head gasket leak. Water is getting into the parts of the engine block wheremit should not be. 90% of the time, that's the problem when u see white smoke

Could be needing an oil change
