What gas pump? At a gas station or inside the fuel tank? When you want to make a point, be more specific.

My impala has fuses in three different places. To the left of the driver, to the right of the front seat passenger and under the hood. Your owners manual will tell you where your fuses are located.

PS---If you find the fuel pump fuse burned then it probably burned for a reason. Replace the fuel pump.
