Where do the police get their oil changed?

I always wondered if they went to a specific shop or to the dealer and what type/brand oil they use

It does NOT affect you! YOUR car , and ALL cars, have SPECIFIC NEEDS! The NAME of your car should appear on the OIL that you choose~! Otherwise you are HEADED for engine troubles, TAR and SLUDGE issues and LOSS of power and economy! MOST police cars are FORDS! They sue oil for FORD cars with FORD ENE|GIEN SPEC NUMBERS on them! What ever you drive, you are BEST off with MOBIL ONE "0"series oils ! They PROTECT your engine from SLUDGE< and p\bearings from failing and CONVERTERS from filling up with CARBON and soot! GOOD LUCK!!

Nope. Around here, there's a tire shop that does their rubber & a medium-sized garage that does oil changes & other work. The garage also does work on most of the taxi's. I also go to the same garage.... Now, some larger cities do have a municipal garage that could do some of the easier work in house.

Generally the county sets up a shop where police and sheriff cars can get serviced - and the guys can sit around and smoke some dope between shifts.

i do it for them

most of the police dept's have their own mechanics. State Police in MA has their own garage as does the city of Boston and most of the towns.cities in the state of MA
