Brake lights are not fused separate of the entire tail light assy. or for that matter the parking lights and turns. If the brake lights are out it is more likely a bad brake light switch. This can be under the dash on the brake pedal, or on the brake master cylinder.
In the fuse block. The location of the fuse block varies from car to car. Check your owners manual.
My crystal ball is in the shop for a tune up so I have no idea what make and model car you have. Look in the glove compartment. There should be an owners manual. Read that.
