I was just looking at my watch with a second hand. It appears that the time changes about every second or so.
Time change is a constant., Perhaps the "new" generation that does not have old fashion watches with second hands cannot tell "time?" They also seem unable to compose a proper simple correct sentence.
Your car's clock doesn't change automatically like your computers and phones do/should - if set. If you live in Saskatchewan there is no such thing as DST. (The cows & chickens in Saskatchewan don't know the difference).
I believe DST starts the first Sunday in November.

time does not change,
the perception of time is....it's being manipulated to get the most of it.....
Nov. Eight months on, four months off. Used to be seven months & five months. Before that it was six & six.
