Try this: Jack the car off the ground (the tire you hit) and spin it by hand. Watch to see if it spins true or if it appears to wobble. If it wobbles then remove it and put the spare on. Repeat the test with the spare and see if it spins true. If it does then you purely have a bent rim. You can probably pick up a steel rim at the junk yard for a few bucks. Certainly not more than - oh, lets say $50.00.
But if no matter what you put on the tire wobbles then it's time to take it to a suspension and alignment shop and get an expert opinion. Someone will need to LOOK at it. We can only guess.
Other possibilities could be a damaged tie rod end or tie rod. Could be a damaged idler arm. Could be rack and pinion problems but I don't know exactly what is on your car - you might not have R&P steering. But somehow I suspect it's nothing more than a bent rim.
Hope this helps.

No one can tell you what is damaged and/or how much it will cost to fix without physically examining the rim, steering, and suspension components of the vehicle.
But considering that it is a 15 year old car and it is FWD, the cost to fix can be more than the vehicle is realistically worth.
This is the sequence: Tire and wheel inspected and most likely both replaced. btw Tires get replaced in pairs, not just one, and they go on the rear. Alignment shop for alignment and inspection of steering linkage. Probable damage to tie rod end, but doubtful you did any harm to the cv shaft etc. So that would be two tires $200 + one steel wheel $80 + alignment $75 + tie rod end replaced $125 = $480 minimum. And yes it is smack bang worth doing on your car.
Sounds like you knocked it out of alignment. If there was no damage to components it should be relatively easy to repair. IF parts were damaged, or if the rim of the tire was bent it gets a bit more expensive but no where near as much as body damage. DO NOT keep driving until you get it fixed. Prices vary considerably between shops and towns.
There could be many issues, it could have bent a tie rod, but my best recommendation would be to take it to a good mechanic, and get them to look it over and diagnose the problem. Most, to all shops will look at anything and diagnose free of charge or for a low price... Best of luck to you!
Do you need someone to tell you that you broke it and it could cost thousands or hundreds to fix it. Okay there you go. Your not going to do any of the repairs yourself so why bother to ask the question?
Of course, we know exactly what you've bent, broken and knocked out of adjustment . . . so we can tell you exactly what it will cost to put right.
Now tell me, how much will it cost to replace my old living room windows?
You either bent the lower A-frame (control arm) or the wheel.
I have a ford taurus 1999 and the other day the roads were icy and i ran into thw curb. The front right tire was all that got hit so it took the impact. I started driving it and now its really shakey. Itt doesnt doesnt steer right. Anybody know what might be wrong and how much it would cost to fix?
