its a system called home link.. you should have three buttons the home in the middle and two other ones. essentially what it does is allows various acceptable systems to operate via the buttons in the car. So many garage door openers will work and also things like lights in the home

Its probably a garage door opener.

My car is Honda 2001 EX, I saw a button which is "home icon" on the roof, but I had no idea what's it for, when I pressed it, the red light blinked once and nothing happened.
