I would get the transmission fluid replaced . Really all fluids need replaced at that mileage

Well it's a ford so something will break pretty soon. Get a Chevy if you want reliability.

What problems typically occurred in this vehicle, what should I watch out for?

It was originally my grandmas and I bought it from her, she kept it in a garage for many years. Despite being in a garage, everything has been working like clockwork for the last year I have owned it. I also only drive it very small distances, about 1,300 Miles this past year, with 2 oil changes.

The ATF was never changed and many mechanics told me to just leave it alone since it was doing well, so besides the transmission what should I expect to go wrong with it first?
