Follow the stream to the source. If it started right after the oil change, then it's either the drain plug or the filter.
A common mistake is to not look for the gasket from the old filter which can stick to the engine. When the new filter is put on, it ends up double gasketed.
Check for tightness on the drain plug. It doesn't need to be cranked on there, but it needs to be firmly snug. Maybe the sealing washer fell off the drain plug.
It is a mistake to ask here for guesses. It was a mistake to have "dad" change the oil and obviously he had no idea what to do nor he checked what he did. This engine is in danger of being ruined plus it is contaminating where it goes with motor oil. STOP using the car and just take it to an oil change business or the closest mechanic possible STOP asking for guesses. Only a professional can repair this problem.
I made that mistake with the filter one time. Let's call it a learning experience. The key is to rub some oil on the new filter's gasket before you install it. That way it won't stick and pull off upon removal. That is likely the problem.
check the oil filter
Check the filter, sometimes the old gasket will stick to the mounting surface and if not noticed will cause the new filter to leak there.
My dad changed the oil and now my car leaks oil. When running t rapidly pours out. Replaced the drain plug. It looks like its dripping from the pan. The side closest to the driver.
