Do not use any crap product to stop leaking. You may do more wrong then good. You may cause several damages to you transmission. Just get it fixed. And transmission oil changed then.

Stop driving till you get the leak fixed or you

will burn out your transmission. No fluid will fix your problem.

Pour 6 oz. of brake fluid down the fill tube. Brake fluid will swell the rubber seals.

nothing will work long and then itll leak even worse.. bite the bullet, install the seal. engine rear main seal as well while your there.

The "best procedure"? Don't drive the truck. Then it won't leak at all.

Dura lube will give temporary relief. Available at most parts stores.
