The cement dries and the gas evaporates.
With the oils in the gas I would imagine the concrete would be brittle.
concrete burn. the core temp of drying cement, plaster and concrete is massive, keep hands out.
water is needed for cement (concrete powder) to harden, so you'd get dangerous concrete slop.
