A little bit of water, a few drops, will have no effect. A lot of water mixes with the oil, it makes an 'emulsion', which makes the oil a lot less effective and will eventually just destroy your engine.
Your engine could seize.

Take I to your mechanic and have him drain all the oil and put fresh oil but before he replaces the oil ask him to unplug the spark plugs and put them back in to drain all the water out and ask him to replace the oil filter and gaskets for better seal.
