No need to bother. The coolant will be slightly stronger than it would be otherwise. You will have protection for a couple of extra degrees of frost. That is it.
No real issues will occur but it's expensive as water is very cheap. Simply keep an eye on temp gauge.. If we see odd results then by all means drain off some fluid and replace. Easier by undoing a hose rather than trying to suck out!
If refilling with water? Demineralised is best.

nah, just add equal part water, let it run, and both the water and antifreeze should mix
My kid's 2002 beetle was about low on coolant. I got Pentofrost SF and added about a half of a quart of it to bring the coolant level up to the proper level. But then I realized that I was supposed to have diluted it with water (1 part antifreeze to 1 or 2 parts water depending on temperature conditions).
should I suck some of it out with a turkey baster and replace with water?
