What does it cost to change a water pump?

According to the estimator in the source, about $375 - $500 in my area. You can put your own zip code in the estimator for a better estimate. There was only a $30 dollar price variance in the parts for my area so I would definitely ask for OEM parts.

When I put a water pump in my car it cost about 200 but it may be different for ur make and model

If you do it yourself, just the cost of the pump. A mechanic will want around $700 after he adds other things. I would just run you an ad on craigslist so that a mechanic will do it on the side.

Changing a water pump is a task that a qualified Kia mechanic can accomplish in a few hours. We recommend contacting your local Kia dealership service department to get an accurate quote. Good luck!
