Why would you want to put 24" rims on a BMW to impress people? Well first reason why you dont is the Geometry of the suspension was not designed for 24" rims you can put them on anyway you will just wear out the bushings ten times faster also it will ruin the ride quality and the handling not to mention it will wear your brake pads faster. The people that are making and selling big rims do not have engineering degree's and they dont care if big rims cause a lot of problems as long as they make money. But dont listen to me i am just a kick *** mechanic for the last 30 years how about you go to a BMW dealership go in the back and ask the mechanics what damage big wheels cause then ask them what is the biggest you should go. If you ask some idiot that sells rims he will tell you i am wrong big rims dont hurt nothing but he would be lying and fact is he is making money of you i am trying to save you money your choice.
