What could possibly be wrong with the fuel lines?

Hi Rubber and flexible fuel lines collapse over time and need to be replaced.

How long does it actually run? You sure its a fuel issue? Is there a security light on when you turn the ignition on?

I would do a fuel pressure test which will tell you where your problem is. A gauge is cheap ($20) and a great investment. Here is how to do a complete fuel pressure test:

How about fuel filter, valves, tank vent?

1987 trans am with 5.7 . just put a new fuel pump in it and now the humming noise went away. But car won't stay on it turns over. Fuel pump works properly and replaced the fuel relay. What can it possibly be ?
