Instead of the fuse wire up a light bulb to the two terminals, it will light maybe dim but it will light then you start removing relays in the distribution box to see if the light goes out and you keep going until you find the short.

THAT CAR (SEEN YTHIS TWICE) WIRING HARNESS IS RUBBING ON STEERING COLUMN.

you need an experienced tech to check for the harness shorting out behind dash where wiring harness goes over steering column.

I have no way to know for sure but I saw this twice on early G-35.....

I have 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe auto trans. One day i started up my car, put it into drive and pressed on the gas about a few seconds later the whole power of my car went out. Next day i checked out my car, i seen i had a blown ignition switch fuse, so i went to Infiniti and purchased a new one, once i replaced it i tried starting it and blew it right away. What can cause this to happen? I might have a shortage somewhere, how can i find it?
