Want to upgrade tires?

You need to realize that is a taller assembly and the fender can accommodate only just so much tire. What you want is not only taller, but wider as well. The lug pattern needs to match- I don't guess you know if it will or not. Also the speedometer will not show the correct speed and the odometer will not measure correct mileage. Your project comes with a lot of trouble. Try to find the right wheel and tire for your car, or put on some fancier wheel covers on the wheels you have. Yes, you might find lower profile tires to fit the larger rims. Money must not be an object in this.

By going to a 205/65-16 sized tire on your Civic you would not be doing yourself any favors, there would be no advantage in doing so. Your only true alternative size to keep within Honda specs would be 205/55-16 in a H or V speed rated tire.

In what way do you think that is an upgrade? Its way too tall.

An upgrade would be a P205/55R16 89H which maintains the correct overall diameter and load carrying capacity while offering a firmer sidewall and wider contact patch.

Cars require a specific offset for tires, and have different center hole diameter. I wouldn't do it. You could check on tirerack.com to see if the wheels would match. I'm not doing it for you.

I have civic 2013 with 195/65-15 and I want to buy 205/65-16 will they for in my car it come with rim and tire I found on website idk if I would have to change the tire to lower tire or keep the one it comes with btw.. Is the wheels from a 2014 optima lx
