Vibration in steering?

Tire balance can cause vibration in the steering wheel, and possibly wheel bearings. At the very least you should have the alignment checked.

I don't know if your wheel bearing are good. But bad wheel bearings can cause vibration in the steering wheel while driving. I'm not a mechanic but that is what I know in theory. Cheers

Steering is out of alignment! Did you buy high quality dealer parts? Or shoddy autozone parts? That could also be the problem

you need a alignment after every suspension part replacement or anything to do with suspension and tires you should get a alignment

Ive replaced pitman arm, idler arm, idler arm bracket assembly, inner tire rods, outer tie rods and there is still some vibration in steering wheel when going over bumps and turning. Intermediate shaft slides smoothly. The play/vibration is side to side. I also feel a "rubbing" type of vibration when i turn left. It only does this in a certain spot then stops. Fluid has been flushed and level is good. The control arm bushings are original but they dont look too bad and ball joints are good. I cant find anything obvious wrong but maybe someones had this issue besides me. Steering box? Thanks.
