You're going to need to brush up on your TRIGONOMETRY.
As for what you're trying to do, the best way is to experiment. Since obviously you're capable of measuring the degrees removing or replacing a shim will give you a result you can then figure how much more or less shim you need from there.

Time to back up a step. The caster should not change over the life of the vehicle. Unless some maniac got loose with spacer washers something must be bent.
You could try Pythagorism, but it's all Greek to me.
Caster on the driver side is nearly 4 degrees more than the passenger side which is in spec at 2.2. The driver side is at 5.9 positive caster and right now I am trying to figure out the amount of washers I need to help with the issue. I looked around online and found caster spacers for honda vehicles that come in 1/8 and 1/16. How would I convert inches to degrees?
