I put on a new yoke in the rear end and a new u joint and i was driving it around when i hurd a clunking noise. i got out and checked and all seemed well. i drove a little farther and i noticed i was leaking fluid. i hurried and got out and i pissed tranny fluid every where. i then looked and it was coming from my transfer case. the was about a half inch gap between the case and where it bolted too and all the bolts were loose

I can't see a question in all that and it seem like you have identified a problem all you need to do now is find out why the bolts broke.

well check the yoke is it the same length/diameter. also the u-joints there might be a couple of differences in those also
