The lock cylinder on the driver's door may be seized. If it is, a new key won't make a difference.

Sounds like you have a valet key. Using the vin the dealer can supply you with the proper key.

You may have to get the ignition switvh reprogrammed by the garage. The keys can be reprogrammed from the ignition switch.
