The blower motor will not come on after turning on the heater?

The problem is most likely with the fan switch, or wiring connection to the motor, rather than with the motor itself. I found this out the hard way, after replacing the motors a few times on different cars only to find out that the motors I removed worked fine, and the replacement motor/s would not work until I fixed the switch or wiring problems. There was one occasion where the fan attached to the motor had become jammed by kids' crayons that had been deposited down the defroster vents below the windshield.

Watch this video and see if this is your problem. A lot of times the blower motor resistor goes bad and you wont have a fan unless it is on high:

It is likely the resistor or the blower motor.

If one of the positions works, then it it most likely the resistor.

If it made some noise and then stopped, then it is the motor.

Probably the fuse. If not that you need to trace the voltage to the switch, etc.
