Your steering wheel is loose.
Or your tires are no good.
Or your battery is not working.
Or your brakes are warped.
And you are driving for weeks like this?
If you don't understand anything about cars, you need to visit a car repair place.
Defective brakes can get somebody killed.
You have warped rotors. Overheating the brakes by riding them will do this. Over tightening the lugs will also do this. Hitting the curb hard can warp a rotor. When you got new brakes put on, the mechanic probably put the impact wrench on the lugs and ran them over 100-200 foot pounds and warped your rotors. With hard shaking, I'd replace the rotors instead of having them turned on the lathe. Only torque the lugs to the specified torque and evenly in several progressive passes.
If you really overheat the rotors, they can warp and do this.
But if you have never hit the brakes hard, I would guess instead a bad tie rod end, or track arm bushing.
Chances are high that you have warped rotors. Take the car back to where you had the brake work done, and let THEM fix the issue.
