So I noticed a dent and scratches on my car recently. I know for sure it wasn't my fault. I'm pretty positive it was at my school student parking lot. The dent looks like someone was trying to park on my left but hit my car. So there is some light blue powder leading me to believe that the car was light blue. Unless that was the plaster. If I do find the suspect, how would I go about this? I was planning on making sure they had some sort of dent or scratches on the front bumper towards the passenger side before making any move against them. Basically, confirming evidence. But how do I go about this? It's probably been like two weeks since it happened.
