It's not a soldering iron (or "a solder" as you call it) - it's a test lamp.
I agree that you most likely have a test light. I've never seen or heard of a soldering iron like what you are trying to describe.
You're not gonna solder ANYTHING with 1 1/2 volts. Think you may be looking at a test-light.
we all do not think that it is a soldering iron. it is only a continuity tester.

Ok so I got a solder, I know how to solder, the thing is this solder has a clip at the end and a double A battery inside with a lightbulb, that I imagine tells me if it's on. Ok so how do I use it? Like seriously where do I attach the clip at the end?
