The capability of Your CR-V is still in well performance, and i don't recommend you modifying too much. If you have decided to add a turbo, mabe you will find a suitable one here.

But i genuinely suggest you do not wast the bucks!!
No, it's a Honda, they make economy cars for soccer moms. What are you having regrets now that you bought a 4cyl CR-V and not the V6? Was the person that suggested the turbo a kid in high school? Or someone at an auto parts store?
A supercharger is going to cost you about $5000 to have one installed. It's lots of work. And if you don't get a good one the bearings in the turbo will fail about every 6 months to year. And it's a $500-1500 part. Superchargers also lower your MPG if that's important to you. It will also void your warranty, and put extra stress on the internals of your engine. Why do you want more power in a CR-V? Have you looked into a Honda S2000? That's the only sports car Honda made in the last 10 years. A Civic is an economy car with an attempt to make it sporty looking.
Turbo is basically an air compressor run by exhaust gases, forces pressurized air into intake manifold to increase fuel/air mix to cylinders, Lots involved, have to re-configure exhaust manifold to spin turbo, find spot for turbo, re-route intake, re-calibrate injection.......BIG dollars.
