If you have the original key code or can have the dealer look it up for you, you could have the car re-keyed to just have one key, but it will not be cheap - at least a couple hundred.
Older cars always had 2 different keys. Just get used to it and put 2 keys on your key chain.

It probably has a new ignition switch, which is why the keys don't match. A locksmith can change the door locks to match the ignition, couldn't tell you the price.
I just bought a 2002 honda civic coupe LX and it has a separate key from the door locks and the ignition. I have to bring both keys to use the car the door keys only works on the doors and the ignition key only works for ignition. can it just be a single key?
