Carb changed, new air filter, spark plug changed, fuel treatment used.

Check the fuel filter.

Did you clean the fuel line ? Use new fuel ? I almost killed a new mower by adding fuel treatment instead of getting new gas. Cost me a small fortune to get it fixed. The fuel line was full of "gunk".

New fuel line..

Get a new one.
