This Argument is has been deputed a billion times . But it all depends on what your using the motor for . 2jz was made specifically to beat the RB . Rb has been out since 1989 while the 2jz was out in 93 . However The RB will always be my prefered Motor just because it sounds so Sick dont get me wrong so does the 2j but a rb revs at 9k its prettty sick sounding .
