Nails are picked up on the road all the time and can be stuck in tires and not leak at all . I have a nail in my RR right now and it's not leaking
50/50, and you know what, it's a he said, she said case. Get the tires replaced or repaired, if applicable, and move on.
Look at the nails & see if they look beat-up or brand new. But, only a guess either way.

My ex and mother hated one another and the reason why he and I broke up was because of her.
My family went on vacation for ten days and when we returned, the next day my mom took my brother to school. When she returned my dad exclaimed that she had two flat tires from nails.
Back left and front right tires.
My dad said had she got the nails from before we had left for vacation they would have been completely flat.
So that leaves either on her less than 10 minute drive to my brother's school she experienced two nails (there is no construction on the way to the school) or someone planted this while we were gone.
She is convinced it was my ex and he knew we were gone, also don't know if it will make a difference that he use to be a mechanic?
