If nothing is working sell the car and buy new one
You should check with a GM dealer. I believe the ignition switch has been recalled for your vehicle.

It should be the battery that is low, or the terminals that are dirty, you need to clean them with hot water and make sure they are tight. Also check the water levels in the cells of your battery.
I went out to my car (chevy colbalt 2006) and I put the key in and the car wouldn't even start, so I went to take the key out and it was stuck so I opened the compartment under the wheel and pushed a lever to get the key unstuck. It worked. But my car still won't turn on and neither will the lights or stereo. Weirdly the headlights are dimly flashing with or without the key in it. The steering wheel is locked too! What the hell is happening!?
