Hi so why was the battery no use do you think. if now the new one is also flat. the answer is staring you in the face the Alternator is the cause that is what also needs to be replaced are you another one trying to have a car and not spend money of servicing and repairs. well buddy it has just taken a chunk out of your wallet.
You likely have a short somewhere that is draining the battery while the key is off. It could even be in the alternator or voltage regulator itself. Or it could be something as simple as a bad connection at the battery, ground or starter.
Something is draining your new battery and probably the same thing drained and wore down your old battery.
Have the alternator tested and have an automotive electrician check for parasitic drains on the battery that will drain the battery when the car is off.
Alternator needs testing by an auto electrician.
Just take it to the dealer and they will check on the car to see if it needs to have maintenance.
Well got the aternator tested and that is definitely not the problem
I think there might be problem with alternator. So, that also need to change.
So I had a problem starting the car about 2 weeks ago took the battery to the store and they said the battery was bad so I bought a new one car worked perfectly fine after that now this morning I tried starting the car and no lights it's bells came I hear a click but nothing happens I tried to get a jump and it sorta worked lights came on but car didn't turn over at all tried again to turn it on and the car is now making a static noise in the on position any ideas on what it could be?
