Go to the dealership parts department and discuss it with them.

So my dumb **** stepmom takes out this chip like part inside of a 1999 corolla so I can't start the car. Its right under the steering wheel a little to the right. when i turn the key in the ignition, the engine doesn't start at all but the lights in the car work. I don't know what the part is called so i can I just order a new one. Anyone know the name of it???
