Electric windows- the regulator needs to be replaced or the motor is bad. A lot of nrwer cars have cheap plastic parts and something always breaks on the regulator. If you can hear the motor hum when you press on the switch, it's still good.

Is this an electric window or a manual one? If it's electric, the relay or switch could be broken. If it's manual, pull the interior door trims off the matching doors (i.e. both back doors or both front doors) and compare both sides. It may be pretty obvious, such as something popped out of place or a broken plastic clip that you could easily replace by seeing your dealer.
