For help with your specific model I recommend AppliancePartsPros - they have live chat and a (hit or miss) forum. I have shopped for all my major appliance parts there for years. They probably have a video showing how to access the lid switch for your model, too. Lot easier than messing with the drain pump when the tub is still full of water!
IT just washes forever?
transmission is broken. You must manually turn the knob to spin cycle to start the spin cycle.
Broken lid switch. Very common. Will do the whole wash cycle but if the switch isn't working, it won't let it spin due to safety issues.
