Now the car won't start. When i put the key in, it beeps the lights and radio come on, but wen i go to turn the key over it does not make any noise.

Battery, Starter or alternator

It will need all three, by pulling the starter fuse while it was running it sent a signal to the computer that there was a large electrical failure, the computer would have shut down the alternator and starter immediately which short circuits both which then sends too much electricity to the battery which causes it to not hold a charge in the future. Although it can be a hassle to replace all of these parts it prevents the engine from failing when the valves contact the pistons.

Its the computer. . Make sure the fuse is in, pull the battery, it will reset the computer. And then put the battery back in. Should work.

more likely a computer safety feature

pulling a main fuse while the engine is running doesnt seem a great idea in any vehicle built in the last 20 years

why are you removing fuses? now reset the security system if you can
