No oil pressure means get a tow before the engine is gone.

No oil life left means get an oil change soon whenever you feel like it. The worst that will happen is slightly increased wear which you won't even notice. Actually there's a safety margin so probably nothing at all will happen. If you really needed you could go thousands of miles but it's not ideal.

Your "oil percentage" is a measure of the remaining time/mileage before you need an oil change. It's not a measure of the volume of oil in the crankcase. If your oil life monitor has hit 0%, all that means is that it's time to change your oil. Driving the car 30 miles before having it changed isn't going to hurt anything. Just get the oil changed once you get to where you can change it and it'll be fine.

Grandpa Jack is right. Keep driving, if the gas hand isn't on 0%.

#Get an oil change

If you are talking about the oil life monitor which indicates that it is time for an oil change, than of course it will make it...

Car is pretty much finished.

Once the oil light shows the engine already needs to be rebuild

Tow it.
